1960s Huge Triple Tier Tuxedo Front Arctic Fox Fur Wrap

Out of Stock

Product Description

This is a wonderfully styled Norwegian blue fox fur cape/ wrap with a generously sized rear sweep that provides warmth to your shoulders neck and back. An extraordinary vintage late 1960s wrap, it has been elegantly detailed with three huge tiered horizontal pelts that gently transition into a tuxedo style front.  Crafted by a New York master furrier, it is made of premium quality, plush and wide cream fox fur pelts with light brown and dove and violet grey accents. The pelts are separated by concealed bands of cream gros-grain ribbon to provide extra volume to the pelts and accentuate the tiering.

The wrap is designed to sit square on your shoulders and has ample room to let you move your arms about without it slipping off of your shoulders.

It closes with a single furrier hook at the front centre and is lined in a silver silk-satin and taupe velvet edging at the neckline. This is a monogram to the interior lining (as pictured); however, the 'M' has been removed and there are small pin marks in the linig where it was tacked to the fabric.

This chic and glamorous wrap is perfect for a wedding, holiday parties or as an accessory over a black blazer.
